Candice Bell

Candice is the Regional Compliance Manager for the Virginia properties. She has been with JDC Management since 2011 and holds a Housing Credit Compliance Professional designation. Candice is responsible for program compliance for all affordable housing properties in the Virginia portfolio. She uses her experience and knowledge to train and ensure all staff have a firm understanding of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Candice is a dependable employee who has assisted with many lease-ups of newly constructed deals throughout the state of Virginia. She collaborates closely with property management personnel to ensure the properties follow local, state, and federal standards.
