Cecilia (CC) Bellegante

Cecilia (CC) is the Regional Property Manager for the South Carolina, Louisiana, and Georgia properties. She is a Virginia native, but she has called Charleston her home for the last thirty-four years. With over twenty-six years in the multi-family industry, she has held multiple positions, starting in leasing and working her way to her current role. She began her affordable housing career in 2005.

CC has been instrumental in producing high results including Real Estate Assessment Center and state housing inspections. Holding several national certifications, including Fair Housing Compliance (FHC), Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TACCs), Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC), and Theo Pro, she is a strategic leader admired and respected by her team and colleagues.

She has vast multi-family experience in conventional and affordable housing assets with a proven track record of driving results.
