Jimmy Sweet

Jimmy has over twenty years of multi-family housing and commercial construction experience. He provides general supervision to all construction-related projects, including new construction and rehabilitation, for the entire JDC portfolio and Quantum Builders, LLC. He often can be found on-site, working with both general contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract requirements are being met efficiently. Jimmy monitors each project’s scope of work and overall performance to best meet the company’s needs. He works closely with planning and development authority staff, public agencies, and engineers and architects to comply with safety procedures, building codes, plans and specs, procurement, and quality control. Jimmy graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Construction Management.
