Mark Turmon

Mark is the Regional Maintenance Director for JDC Management and oversees properties in Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia, and South Carolina. He started with JDC in 2001 and brings with him over thirty years of multi-family maintenance experience, both in tax credit and conventional properties.

He is a hardworking and dedicated employee who turns properties and problems around. He is responsible for all assets and manages guidance and training of all maintenance personnel.

He is instrumental in overseeing all capital improvement projects, Real Estate Assessment Center assessments, and state inspections. He is also responsible for developing and implementing new policies and procedures and is a valuable member of the James Doran family.

Mark earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Georgia State University, and later, a degree from Gwinnett Technical College in heating and air technology. He holds a Universal EPA and CPO Certification.
