Thirty-one years ago, Tracy Doran and her husband sought a way to give back to their local community in Charleston, South Carolina. They leveraged their family's real estate investment experience to build an SRO property for the formerly homeless. This philanthropic effort launched creation of Humanities Foundation, a nonprofit developer serving South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana and Virginia.
