Rosie Doran

Rosie, a 6th generation Doran from Charleston, South Carolina, has served in all facets of the Doran Family companies, especially in real estate and investments. As Director of Acquisitions, Rosie seeks out viable real estate acquisition opportunities that meet company investment objectives. She develops and maintains contact with brokers, landowners, and others who control property owned by motivated sellers, and she establishes market analyses for potential sites. With a skillful mindset and a broad array of talents, Rosie exhibits herself with a modern and innovative approach. Her work is on the cutting edge of technology and social media. In addition, her knowledge of the latest marketing trends provides the vision needed in all restoration and rehabilitation development projects of James Doran Company. Rosie studied Economics at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and holds real estate licenses in South Carolina and Virginia. She is on the Board of Directors for Humanities Foundation, and she collaborates in fundraisers benefiting nonprofit organizations, including Humanities Foundation.
