Ross Bennett

Ross is the Regional Maintenance Manager for the South Carolina and Georgia properties. As a dedicated professional with a strong background in maintenance management, Ross ensures that properties under his direction are well-maintained and operate at optimal levels.

In 2019, after fourteen years in commercial construction, Ross began working in property management, where his knowledge and skillset could be utilized in the affordable housing industry. He is currently responsible for managing all capital projects at multiple sites.

With a strong work ethic and commitment to success, Ross brings a well-rounded and dedicated approach to his role.
