Stephanie Ford

Stephanie joined JDC in 2021 and brings with her fifteen-plus years of human resources experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit business sectors. She is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and works closely with the executive committee and department heads to understand, execute, and maintain the alignment between HR initiatives and the overall business strategy at JDC.

Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional with specialties in business acumen, communications, ethical practices, and global and cultural effectiveness.
