The Earthcraft Platinum, affordable family community is located in a new, master-planned mixed-use development in the historic Spotsylvania Courthouse District, Virginia. The property is located between Richmond, Virginia, and Washington, DC, one of Virginia’s fastest-growing counties. The new apartment community consists of three phases of a $65.5 Million, 336 unit multifamily and senior development created through a Joint Venture between Humanities Foundation and James Doran Company. The development was funded in part by Housing Tax Credits administered by Virginia Housing Development Authority and permanent financing through Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust.
